Demo requests

The form requests your first and last name, work email, company or farm, country and acknowledgement of this notice. Telephone, farm type, herd size, facilities and message are optional. Marketing consent is separate and optional.

When enabled, the server forwards your validated demo request through Google Apps Script to a separate Demo Requests tab in Google Sheets. Language, receipt time, reference number, privacy notice version, acknowledgement and optional marketing consent are recorded. No automatic email or CRM delivery is configured.

The final lawful basis, retention, recipients and withdrawal processes must be documented before a provider is enabled. Acknowledging this notice is not marketing consent.

Partner form and survey

The partner form and survey send entries to the website server. When the connection is enabled, the server forwards entries through Google Apps Script. Furward stores names, email addresses and optional messages, and selected survey challenges with any other-challenge text, in two separate Google spreadsheets. Language, receipt time and a reference number are also recorded. Please do not include personal details in the survey. No successful receipt is shown without a configured connection.

To limit abuse, the server uses a private Redis database (planned provider: Upstash). IP addresses are hashed with a secret key for rate limiting; these counters expire within 15 minutes. Retry identifiers, fingerprints and selected survey challenges are kept for up to 48 hours; aggregate survey results are retained. Google receives no submitter IP address in these form fields. Provider roles, processing locations, transfers, Google Sheets retention and contractual arrangements must be confirmed before activation. Appointment links lead to Calendly; the service opens only when you follow the link.

Browser storage and technical data

After a successful survey submission, the browser stores a local flag to avoid repeat voting on that device. The contact form, demo request and survey also keep a retry identifier and fingerprint in session storage to avoid duplicate delivery of unchanged entries; these contain no plaintext form fields. Demo form entries stay in page memory while you fill it in and are not persistently stored in the browser. This version loads no analytics or advertising scripts and no external video player. Technical hosting and access-log details must be confirmed before publication.
